The following issues will be considered urgent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic supplies (water, electricity, gas)<\/li>\n<li>Acceso to the property<\/li>\n<li>Any incidents that prevent the property from being habitable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The rest of the matters will be attended to during standard office hours of Bennecke.
